It is often tricky to provide a locally expressive 'fine grain' to big-box retail developments. However our collaboration with HASSELL and Linc Property Group to develop a competition entry for the large 'Midland Saleyards' site in Midland was a great demonstration of redevelopments that can provide a legible 'story of place' while achieving the deliverables of a demanding project brief.
