Investigations into block types in the areas surrounding Meltham and Bayswater Train Stations. The City of Bayswater has planned for an increase in housing density, particularly in the Meltham area to accomodate future population increase. 

EEKOS is developing options for subdividing and maximising currently undeveloped properties in these burgeoning and well-connected areas.
