The intention for this development is to attract young professionals, and potentially ‘down-sizers’ by creating a feeling of luxury through designing large ‘healthy’ internal spaces with framed views to native landscape gardens and direct access to the outside for views and ventilation. This will be reinforced by selecting finishes that provide a clean and crisp backdrop for warmer ‘earthy and natural’ features while still allowing the occupants the potential to put their own personal stamp on their new home. In addition, we acknowledge that our target market is now environmentally savvy and looks for opportunities to be involved in the ‘green movement’.
